About Us
The mission of Star Family Child Learning is to bring children into Nature’s lands and waters to reset and regain connection with their inner knowing and enthusiasm for discovery.
Children are guided by their spirit through connecting to their heart. This is done by feeling and pursuing what makes them joyful. The lessons promote exploration, learning, observation, and quantification for further study by encouraging children to pursue their gifts.
SFCL has worked with kids who are awake, who helped shape the program. The lessons and experiences are created and curated by the perspective of a teacher who helps guide awake children to better facilitate their gifts of knowing and seeing how things work in the world.
SFCL
SFCL originates from a Montessori teaching background, focusing on child-centered learning, which follows the child where they are and encourages their interests. This background led to a homeschool program which takes the concept one step further in supporting these exceptional kids in nature and at home.
